There will be a lot of last minute details that will be thrown at you when all you want to do is soak in the last few weeks you have in this engagement season and look forward to your wedding day. That’s why we have the coordination add on to our design package. We will take that last month of planning off your plate and pull together all the loose threads.
Sit back and soak in the soon to be bride bliss while we handle the logistic details that need to be pulled together in the last month.

On the day of your wedding we will be your go to person for you, your family, and vendors for all questions and concerns regarding your wedding!

4 weeks from your event we will take over on all the logistics planning and do a final walkthrough with you and your venue.

6 weeks from your event we will have an Update call. On this call we will go through all of the vendors you booked, the timeline, the layout etc.

When you book your coordination add on, we will schedule a coordination call. During this call we will go over an overview of how your event will run.

While the Design portion of our business grows we are limiting our coordination client’s to those who also book the design package. We are no longer offering just coordination on its own.
You can add coordination at the time of booking your design package or anytime up to 2 months before your event.
